NEW PROCESS OF LAND TRANSFER AND REGISTRATION IN KENYA

The Ministry of Lands and Physical Planning of the Republic of Kenya recently published its intention to roll out a new property registration process. The simplified 3-step process is largely online and is set to take approximately 12 days. The process of land transfer and registration in Kenya is bound to be much easier and faster when this re-engineered process is operationalized.
